I recommend bringing a 1 inch thick yoga mat (or 10 mm Foldable Mat or a 5 Inch Inflatable Sleeping Pad), a pillow, a blanket (thick one for the winter), an eye mask, a water bottle, extra layers, and anything (ear-plugs or anti-snoring stripts) that will make you feel more comfortable.
