RESERVATION POLICIES:

All one-on-one appointments must be made at least 7 days in advance (On-location is 2 weeks in advance).  For short notice bookings, please call to check availability. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.  We hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary changes to your account on the date of your scheduled service. 

Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation or your service will be subject for cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES:

We would be happy to cancel any reservation at no charge provided that you give us 72 hours notice. Clients providing less than 72 hours notice cancellation will be charged the full amount of their scheduled service. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.

All services require a credit card or gift certificate or pre-paid package to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment. 

PRICES AND SERVICES:

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. 

GIFT CERTIFICATE AND PACKAGE POLICIES:

Gift Certificates and Packages are available and may be purchased by phone or by email. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates and packages even if lost, misplaced, stolen or forgotten. Gift certificates and Packages cannot be redeemed as cash.

There is no expiration dates for gift certificates and packages in California.

PROMOTIONS:

Any specials or packages cannot be used in combination with any other offer or promotions.

CHECK-IN:

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other clients. The full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly. 

CELL PHONES:

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones “OFF” or to “Do Not Disturb” or “Airplane” mode upon arrival. Cell phone use may affect the length and the quality of your sessions
