It's all in our subconscious!

Many people when they think about hypnosis, the first thing came to mind is the “stage hypnosis” for entertainment where the hypnotherapist can make you do anything on stage so people believe that hypnosis is a form of mind control. 

If you have been using guided meditation, affirmation or vision board in your life, you have been self-hypnotized already. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis because the willingness is the key factor - you are willing to relax, you are willing to follow the suggestions, and you are willing to achieve the desired results.  If you are not willing, you can't be hypnotized.

Science has discovered that everything about our human condition is stored in the subconscious mind.  The only way to modify or change our behavior is by changing the belief system in our subconscious during the trance or Theta state.  This is similar to reprogramming a computer or rewrite an app. 

Hypnotherapy is similar to the guided meditation with intention. It is known to be an effective healing technique to enable you to totally relax your body and mind that builds a bridge from our conscious mind to our subconscious mind in order to explore the source of emotional, mental, and physical issues. 

When we take the time to calm our often critiquing conscious mind and access the non-judgmental and intuitive subconscious mind, we are able to look at an issue objectively. In this expanded state of consciousness and objectivity, we are able to gain genuine realizations and the motivation to implement lasting transformations.

When your body and mind are totally relaxed, then you will be giving positive suggestions and imageries to replace the negative themes currently in place. Hypnotherapy is like reprogramming a piece of software in a computer by using positive suggestions to rewrite our subconscious intellectual paradigm. Positive affirmations are very powerful, and they are as effective as your desire to achieve them.

I do not file insurance or any other third party claims. Upon request, documentation will be provided for you to submit for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company.
