High-pressure workdays, long commutes, raising kids, not enough sleep or exercise, and trying to make ends meet are the typical life for the modern day.  The accumulated stresses of everyday life can damage our health in irreversible ways — from early aging to heart problems to long-term disability.

Most people, Sabrina included, living in the regrets of yesterday, and the worries of tomorrow but forget the present moment is what is real. It's sad for many to find out, that the most unfamiliar person of all, is the self whom they've spent the longest time with.

When Sabrina was diagnosed with depression and anxiety in 2012, and finalized the divorce in 2015 that break her down which force her to stop and rethink what's really going on in her life.  She went through psychiatrist, counseling, acupuncture, qi gong, homeopathic, aromatherapy, sound therapy, and hypnotherapy that eventually leading her to began her journey in spirituality, relearn self-love, self-care, and self-growth.  

She start learning Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Chakra and Crystal Healing, Tarot Cards Reading, Medical Qigong Therapy, Sound Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Aromatherapy, and most importantly, she learned how to being vulnerable.

It is the idea that those who seek to help others are doing so because they are, in turn, helping themselves. The harmony is created when you get connected with the “Inner Self”. You let the wings of freedom to guide your life.

Rumi says “The wounds are the places where light enters.”  Healers have a desire to help others because of a difficult past, enormous pain and loss, and their work serving others ultimately heals themselves. Our wounds teach us life lessons. They create ways for us to connect, teach and touch other’s hearts with great Attunement, Empathy, and Sympathy.  

Sabrina believes our five senses plus our powerful mind that we can self-heal our wounds.  She finds her life purpose is to help others awaken and heal from the wound we have been carry since our childhood or even earlier, in our mother's womb.  She wants to share her experiences and skills to help other people to be more mindful, peaceful, and joyful by providing a safe place for others who are seeking help by empowering them to heal themselves.
