Thank you so much for the private sound bath session today at Avenidas (for my dad’s 95th Birthday). As you could see my Dad was very reluctant to remove himself from the experience! All four of us enjoyed your gentle, calming style and personalised care for your clientele. My sister even said she could "smell" some of the sounds and they took her back to a visit she made to Japan. Thank you again, it was such a special experience for all of us. I loved it so much you'll see me on Monday at your next session!

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing both Sabrina’s Sound Healing sessions and her LIGHT™ Hypnotherapy, and the combination of the two is truly extraordinary. My wife and I have enjoyed many sound bath sessions with Sabrina, both private and public, over the years. Sabrina has such a wonderful energy that flows through the singing bowls. And over the years, she has added many new "toys" to the sound healing sessions that deepens the experience. The ocean wave drum is my favorite part, I get shivers every time and it's so deeply therapeutic and satisfying.

What also impresses me is that Sabrina kept pushing the boundaries and exploring new methods like combining sound bath with other spiritual practices which she keeps learning. This review is for the public group session. This is my third time joining the group Sound Bath in Saratoga that happens every Sunday at 5:00 pm. I used to book Sabrina's private individual sessions and small private group sessions at my house. Every time feels so different and that's the fun part. Sometimes I feel a certain chakras vibrate with certain singing bowls. Sometimes I feel it's so short but found out I missed a big chunk of the performance. Sabrina always reminds us to set our intention before the session and if there's any noise we can make it to help us going deeper.

Yesterday, as a tired mom with a puppy, I set my intention to fully rest and heal. During the session, I first felt my energy running around my upper body, then flowing into my entire body. With ocean drum, I fell into deep meditative state for a while, until I was awaken by my own snoring... Very relaxing and recharging for me.

With all these years of being her client and good friend, I noticed that her skills improved and she always aims for providing her clients good experiences and set intention according to their needs. I highly recommend Sabrina's private individual Sound Healing session. You can always start with the group session. My very first Sound Healing experience was the individual session with singing bowls placed on the body. It is a deep tissue/organ massage. I was kind of floating out of space that time. It didn't feel like sleeping and it was wonderful.
