“I was too relaxed to speak”

I was too relaxed to speak at the end of the guided meditation session. 

I participated this “Self-Compassion for Stress” guided meditation not because I’m feeling especially stressed but to try meditation. I started in what seemed to me a calm state, then relaxed some as you advised paying attention and letting go. Yet, when I “resurfaced” I felt markedly more relaxed than when I began. 

I would definitely join another session.
