I’ve been getting ready for my YouTube Live meditation, and today I did two test runs—and honestly, it was kind of a mess at first!
I thought I had everything set up perfectly after following the tutorial videos, but when I actually started the live stream, I realized those videos didn’t explain a lot of key details. I ended up troubleshooting everything on the spot—total chaos! 🤣
Thankfully, after struggling for a while, I finally figured out the proper steps.
The second test went much smoother, and I even added some upgrades:
✔️ Used my phone to read the chat (because the chat text on the screen is seriously tiny)
✔️ Added background music and a special meditation visual
✔️ Lit some candles to create a cozy atmosphere ✨
A few friends joined me for the second test, and we ran through the full flow:
5 minutes to say hi, 30 minutes of silent sitting, and 20 minutes of sharing and feedback.
They said things like:
“The group energy felt amazing!”
“It was my first time joining a live stream—it felt so exciting!”
“Time flew by so fast!”
I decided to include background music because I know that for many people, sitting in silence isn’t easy.
Sometimes the quiet actually makes people feel uncomfortable—your thoughts won’t stop, and you just want to get up and leave.
But with meditation music, it feels safer.
You can start by focusing on the music, slowly relax, and before you know it—30 minutes have passed!
💫 Showing up once a week is already a beautiful beginning.
Just by showing up and sitting with me, you can give yourself a solid 80 out of 100.
There’s no pressure, and you don’t need to be good at it.
All you need to do is try—just come, sit quietly with me once a week.
If you feel like sharing, that’s wonderful. If you just want to quietly listen to others, that’s perfect too.
Time is precious, and I hope this can be a gift you give yourself.
💝 A little Me Time that’s just for you
💝 A space for deep relaxation and mental stillness
Because only when you slow down, you can finally hear your own inner voice.
🌙 Our first official YouTube Live is next Wednesday at 8 PM (California time).
I’d love to sit with you then.
