Come Unwind with Sound Bath
and Enjoy Deep Relaxation
Want to sleep better, reduce stress, feel relaxed, and stimulate the immune system?
Try Sound Bath!!! Some people unwind with a long bubble bath or a glass of wine. Others prefer a sound bath. Group Sound Bath is a great way to get a taste of what Tibetan singing bowls can do and how your body reacts, reflect, and respond. It allows the vibrations pass through our bodies, release blockages, quiet the mind, and balance the energies.
Though many people have only recently heard of sound baths, the use of music for healing is nothing new. From Tibetan singing bowls to Aboriginal didgeridoos, music has been used for its therapeutic effects for thousands of years. The ancient Greeks used sound vibration to aid in digestion, treat mental disturbance, and induce sleep, and even Aristotle's De Anima detailed how flute music could purify the soul.
A sound bath experience is helpful for anyone who wants to give themselves a moment of relaxation or gain the benefits from meditation, but has not yet learned how to access on their own. Meditating with singing bowls reduces blood pressure more than meditation alone, according to the Human Activation Science. It gives you the opportunity to go inward on your own terms. People often feel like they are being submerged in sound, like the sound waves created by the Tibetan singing bowls are a visceral thing and they are washed in waves of water.
By using particular combinations of rhythms and frequencies, it is possible to shift our normal beta state (alert, concentrating, reacting) to an alpha (creative, relaxed), and even theta (meditative state) and delta (deep sleep; where restoring and healing can occur). This relaxes state allows the body to repair itself instead of responding to outside concerns. The immune system is at its best when we are relaxed.
Those who undergo a state of deep relaxation often report a feeling of mental freshness that they carry with them after the session is over. Relaxation and meditative states of mind can help us control our emotional responses to outside influences, be more internally aware while being more present in the moment, and more connected with surroundings.

“My frozen shoulder pain decrease and had one of the best sleep”
Heard about how amazing the sound healing is and decide to give a group Sound Bath a try. Sabrina did a brief introduction and advise if I feel physical pain or tingling means the body is reacting, don't be nervous, just try to relax and let the body do the work. I have been suffering frozen shoulder (left) for a few months so when I lay down, I have a particular position for not to trigger the pain. About 10 minutes into the session, I experience lots of pain on my left arm and shoulder, even changing position doesn't help. I decided to bear with the pain, take a few deep breaths....the next thing I know, the session is over and I actually fell asleep. My left shoulder pain is less, limitation of movement increase. Not only that, I felt tingling all over my face/head which is something I never experienced before. To be honest, it's kind of weird and strange but in a good way. The best part is, I had one of my best sleep for the past few years. No, it's doesn't cure my frozen shoulder nor solve my sleep problem over one session but I am definitely coming back for more sessions.

“Enhancing my tools to relax”
I have been seeing Sabring for a few months now and have taken both her private and group sessions. This has been a new type of therapy enhancing my tools to relax. If you are wanting to try this practice and are new to it, I would start with the group sessions to get a better feeling. Sabrina and I clicked on our first private session and she was very easy to talk to as well as knew how to approach my problems. I highly recommend this therapy and her practice.

“Felt resonance within my body”
Sound Bath with Sabrina was an amazing experience. I felt resonance within my body with the singing bowls. I've went into a deep calming journey with her that was very relaxing and feeling healed afterwards.
